More than just a job, I live, breathe, and dream about dogs. Always willing to go the extra mile. Had dogs for the last 20 years. Currently have two beautiful rescues who are the love of my life. Decided to start working full-time with dogs after leaving a job in care in which I'd been able to take my dogs with me, and decided to start the dog man. Leaving them for the day while out working wasn't an option. I'm outdoors year-round, shorts on dog in hand. I treat customers' dogs as if they were one of my own.

I have been around dogs my whole life and seen the positive effect they can have on people. I started going out on walks part time with Tony to get a feel for how it could be as a job and after a while decided to make the change and go full time. What’s not to love? Having a craic with a great bunch of dogs, even if the weather is not always ideal!

I started walking dogs for the dog man part-time, at first for some extra money, but found the job more enjoyable than my regular job. So when Tony offered me the chance to go full-time I was quick to snap it up. The transition for me was quite natural - I have a degree in animal biology and had spent the previous 4 or 5 years as a veterinary scientist. I'm also quite a physical guy and was looking for a way in which I could work with animals with a more hands-on approach.
I've spent most of my life having pets. I grew up with 3 cats but am now the proud owner of 2 golden cocker spaniels, both of which are rescues. They mean the world to me and I can only imagine every other dog owner feels the same about their dogs. Rest assured, when your dogs are with me or any of the other guys they
are in safe, capable and caring hands.

I’m very excited to have joined the Dog man team. I have always had a passion for all animals, having owned dogs my whole life. My family dog was a West-highland white terrier called Jake who lived to a great age
of 15. I have been involved with the Dog man since Tony started the business and have enjoyed the long peaceful walks, with our little companions. The perks of the work of course, includes meeting all your
awesome dogs and keeping active, which is also a huge part of my life. It's great to finally have taken the leap and become part of this amazing team, caring for your dogs, and enjoying their company everyday.

I have loved and grown up around dogs my whole life and have a lively wee rescue myself called Dora. I honestly never thought of making a career out of walking dogs but I'm so glad I have. I am an engineer to trade and was working shifts and occasionally joining Tony on walks as he started to build The Dog Man brand in 2022. I quickly realised that this was something that could bring me a lot of joy in life and so began the process of giving up my 12-hour shifts for walks in the park.

I have been around pets since I was born and I have a cat called Glen. I started out volunteering with Tony whom I've known for 15 years purely for the love of it and to help a friend succeed in something I know he was extremely passionate about. I honestly can't walk past a cat or dog without stopping to say hello. Loves nature and animals but I hate the cold weather but will wrap up no questions asked if there's a dog that needs so much care and attention
